 Pumpkinville - Just in time for Thanksgiving we have a Pumpkin Caramel filling in a smooth Milk chocolate shell.

 The Good Green - It is a white chocolate ganache with Japanese Matcha enrobed in dark chocolate.

 Two to Tango - A dark chocolate filling with a smoky Chipotle infusion and a kick of Lime... all in a Dark chocolate shell.

 Kiss of Kashmir - It is a white Chocolate truffle with the aromatic Cardamom and the richness of Saffron.. all rolled up in nutty Cashews

My two new creations:)

While creating new flavors with chocolate can be endless, I wanted to come up with a menu which would help me in my future endeavours.
The first one is "Caffeine High". It is a a milk chocolate ganache infused with dark roast coffee bean with a hint of Irish Cream... It is enclosed in a golden milk chocolate shell. Here is how it looks...

 

 

The second one is the " Casual Caramel". It is an apple tea infused caramel in a dark chocolate shell!! Another variation is the most loved " Salted Caramel" in the same dark chocolate shell. Here is a peak...

Discovering Chocolate

Last week was one of the most amazing week I ever had!!! I had been to Chicago to learn more about chocolate with one of the most esteemed Pastry Chef/ Chocolatier. I was awed by her experience and expertise. It was a blessing to have her as my instructor. There is a lot more to chocolate than what it looks!! That's when I really "Discovered Chocolate".

Leaving for the class early in the morning in chilly Chicago and as you enter the class you are greeted with and awesome breakfast. I can still taste the croissants in my mouth...the amazing lunch and the best part was their desserts.. wow!!! what an experience it was!!
Eating chocolate day in and day out, tasting all of your creations and you won't believe when I say I felt like I was living in Willy Wonka's Choaolate Factory. I think this is any chocolate lover's dream!!!
