Feeling a sense of accomplishment today:)

Finally after mastering the art of tempering chocolate today I tried out a couple recipes.
One of the first ones I tried was dipping my chewy caramel in dark chocolate. You won't believe how awesome it is!!
The second one is one of my favs!! It is a Coffee Caramel Cream oozing out of a dark chocolate shell!! You have to see it to believe it!!
The third one is a dark chocolate Bonbon:) Smooth and melting away in the mouth....
I definitely feel I am getting it!!! Loving every moment making awesome CHOCOLATES!!!

After three grueling attempts to make caramel centers, I finally got it!! Sometimes you have to put your own twists and turns in your recipe irrespective of what the candy bible says!
My first attempt was so hard that it could knock someones tooth off!!! The second attempt was a little softer but not chewy enough. And finally my third one was the best caramel I ever ate!!!

I know, I know!! It doesn't look pretty now! But will be beautified later :)

Helloooo to all the chocoholics out there!!! Here I am starting a new journey of my life. I call it the sweet life!!! It is all about our all time favourite CHOCOLATES!!!
